Worked as SME in Merck Laptop Refreshment Project. In this project we have upgraded laptops, monitor’s and secure id’s for 650+ Clinical Research Associates. Ensured timely deliveries and checked for any discrepancies or defects upon receipt. Consistently worked with Clients & stake holders and shared updates. Planned rollout strategy (Shipped equipment in multiple waves). Scheduled downtime or off-hours for deploying new laptops. Planned on Data Migration, applications, and settings from old laptops to new ones using backup and transfer tools or services. Provide training or documentation to Team members on how to assist CRA with new laptop setups.
This was one of the most succusful project C3i has ever handled from Hyd Site.

Planned rollout strategy (Shipped equipment in multiple waves). Provide training or documentation to Team members on how to set up CRA’s with wireless cards.

I have not handled any projects in Dell Technologies directly. However, been a member in couple of projects during my tenure. I am 1 of 2 pilot members to handle Pro-Active Chat Support. Been in multiple pilot batches. First one to take chat on SFDC after transition from Moxie tool. Also Worked as Case Mentor as and when required. Mentored new hires as and when required.
